Our cuisine is creative and innovative, specialising in local and organic produce, line caught fish and seafood and premium local meat. FINS is located on the beach just 15 minutes from the Gold Coast International Airport. On- site 4 & 5 star accommodation is available along with pristine beaches, great cafes, shopping and art galleries.

Fins offers a diverse selection of events that will be tailored to your needs. Our newly renovated dining room is offers luxe 6 course degustation or a la carte events, as well as casual European share style menus where the food just keeps on coming. For a simple produce driven banquet option, our POP UP restaurant offers a more relaxed, casual environment. Our sit down capacity at FINS is 100 people.

We have just launched a bespoke weddings and events venue Fins at Plantation House. Set amidst a lush tropical fruit plantation with breathtaking panoramic views of Mt Warning, Fins at Plantation House offers a picturesque ceremony location and an elegantly styled reception venue fully catered for by the Fins team.
