Our wine list has been hand picked to compliment local seafood, cooked with spices discovered during my world travels.
Our red selection is somewhat smaller than the white varietals, with the exception of Pinot Noir, which due to its’ lighter style and weight on the palate is an ideal match for many of our dishes. Many red varietals from Portugal and Spain have shown qualities making them harmonious with our cuisine. We also enjoy, where possible, to serve appropriate red varietals chilled, when the correct balance of fruit and oak is found. We showcase a wide range of Australian styles and producers, supplemented by benchmark wines from around the world.
