TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The cost of booking Fins exclusively for your event varies depending on the day of the week and the time of year. This is something that we will negotiate directly with the client. Regardless of the event size we are always open to working with the client’s budget.
BEVERAGES
Fins offer a wide range of beverages to suit your taste and budgets. Our sommelier has designed various wine suggestions, ranging from top end boutique cellar wine packages to premium corporate style packages. Please select wine from our wine list attached or request custom packages. Fins is a licensed restaurant and beverages are charged on consumption. Wines are subject to change, however we will do our best to have your first choice available. A minimum of 3 weeks notice is required on wine selections, without which availability may be very limited.
MENUS
Menus are subject to change based on seasonality of produce. We cater for all dietary requirements. Please give a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
A deposit of $500 and a completed bookings confirmation form is required to confirm your booking.
GRATUITY
For all events there is a 3.5% gratuity charged on the total and final bill.
PAYMENT
For exclusive use of Fins Restaurant for your event, a minimum spend applies. This figure will vary between peak and off peak season and lunch or dinner. Please contact our events co-ordinator for quote. Minimum spend is all inclusive (catering, beverage and venue hire) and is required to be paid in full one week prior to your event (the deposit will be deducted). Any outstanding amounts are to be charged on the conclusion of the event. All credit card payments will attract a service charge of 3% of your total bill.
CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS
Final confirmation of numbers is required 48 hours prior to your event. You will be charged for the event based on these confirmed numbers.
CANCELLATIONS
Three months cancellation notice is required to receive a deposit refund. All cancellations within 2 months of your reservation incur a $150 administration fee.
