FINS is located on the beach at the luxurious Salt Village Resort in South Kingscliff and only 15 minutes from Coolangatta International Airport.
At FINS our food is cooked in an innovative and nutritious manner achieved by using fresh local herbs (often from our farm), spices and pastes. Chef Steven Snow combines technique learnt as a guest chef around the world with our wonderful local produce. At FINS we use only the freshest of local seafood and wherever possible, only line-caught fish. To compliment the dining experience at FINS, we also offer an extensive Wine List with back vintages and exclusive Australian and International wines. Our experienced staff are more than happy to match wines to your menu selection.
