FINS restaurant has a maximum capacity of 100 people seated and 150 standing.
At FINS we offer the best quality value relationship possible, however should you have special requests we will attempt to tailor a package suited to your needs. Included in our prices is a three course a-la-carte menu, linen, printed menus, set-up and room hire for a cost of $100 per person.
Canapés around our sexy cocktail bar and lounge and then a three course a-la-carte menu in the dining room is valued at $120 per person. A stand up cocktail party is also available for $110 per person.

Exclusive use functions only may have, live entertainment requiring no or a small amplifier due to liquor licensing laws. We also have a five disc CD player, microphone and lectern available for your use.
However, for smaller functions using only part of the restaurant, please respect the other guests who are dining on the evening. We cannot allow live entertainment or use of microphones.
Fins at Salt offers a wide range of beverages to suit your taste and budgets. Our sommelier has designed various wine suggestions, ranging from top end boutique cellar wine packages to premium corporate style packages.
Please select wine from our wine list or request custom packages. Fins is a licensed restaurant and beverages are charged on consumption.
A deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation
Catering is required to be paid in full one week prior to your event. Beverage payments are to be settled at the conclusion of the event and the deposit will be deducted from this account.
Credit card payments will attract a service charge of 3% of your total bill
Final confirmation of numbers is required 48 hours prior to your event. You will be charged for the event Based on these confirmed numbers.
Three weeks cancellation notice is required to receive a deposit refund.
