Our aim is to bring Tetsuyas, Pearl, Buon Ricordo, Yoshi, MG Garage and many other great restaurants out of the city for a cook up in FINS kitchen.
The guest chefs love the fact that we have such fantastic fresh produce and seafood that city dwellers can only dream of. They get a beach house with wine and food from my restaurant thrown in. We then let them loose for one night to showcase their talent to the locals. These events have proved to be outrageously popular! Often the resultant dishes are unique hybrids of our collaboration. A great mixture of hard work, fun, risk and new food.
Steven has recently returned from a cooking tour of France and Portugal. He spent time cooking at the Lisbon Sheraton and also as resident chef for a French Chateau Stays tour in the south of France. Keep your eye on our menus for new ideas that Steven plans to introduce onto the Fins menu upon his return. more information...
