BROOKIE’S GIN & FINS LONG LUNCH

Fins returns to Byron Bay FOR ONE LUNCH ONLY. We are super excited about our POP UP collaboration with Cape Byron Distillery. Showcasing 4 courses paired to 4 gins, gin masterclass, rainforest foraging, long lunching. This will be a wonderful afternoon of food and gin pairing in a completely new way. Seats are very limited.

Local Jewfish dry aged in cardamom leaf, lime and fenugreek paste, minted pea purée, cauliflower cake, sweet potato bhujia, spiced beetroot and mango chutney
